This Return Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to outdoor recreation programs and equipment purchased through Liveelbowux.
Program Cancellations
Participants may cancel program registrations subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $15
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@liveelbowux.world
Program Changes by Liveelbowux
If we cancel a program due to weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, or other operational reasons, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an available date at no additional cost.
Equipment Returns
For gear and equipment purchased through our website or at program locations:
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped
- Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received; damage fees may apply
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Registration fees for programs that have already commenced
- Custom or special-order equipment
- Digital materials or guides provided at registration
Exchanges
Equipment exchanges for a different size or model may be available within 14 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
